Masaken Mesaimeer and Masaken Al Sailiya are housing projects designed to provide high quality affordable community housing.

Built on two separate sites, which together comprise a total area of 400,000 square meters, the two developments consist of 62 residential buildings, which offer 1,984 two and three bedroom residential units. The developments also feature playgrounds, health clubs, swimming pools, nurseries, a supermarket and green spaces.

Masaken Mesaimeer and Masaken Al Sailiya developments were handed over in March 2009 and August 2010, respectively.
