Barwa Real Estate Group (Q.P.S.C) announced the issuance of the ministerial decision dated 12 October 2022 pursuant to which it was approved to increase the ownership percentage of non-Qatari investors in the company’s capital up to 100%.
Communication will be established with Qatar Central Securities Depository to finalize the remaining procedures.
