Barwa Real Estate Company announces the postpone of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting to Wednesday, 6 June, 2018, due to incomplete of quorum required for holding the first meeting, which was set to be held today, 4 June, 2018. The meeting will be in the main building of the company in Al Sadd area at 9:30 PM. The meeting will discuss and adopt the amendment to the Articles of Association in order to allow the increase of the shareholding percentage of non-Qataris from 25% to 49%.
