Barwa Real Estate Company announced the results of the first meeting of the Board of Directors in its new term, where Mr. Issa Mohammed Al Mohannadi was chosen as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.The formation of the Board committees was also approved in the meeting that was chaired by H.E. Mr. Salah bin Ghanem Al-Ali .
It's worth mentioning that Barwa Board of Directors comprises of seven members: the Chairman and two board members are appointed by Qatari Diar Company as the owner of the preferred share while the other four board members are elected by the Company's General Assembly.
