Barwa Real Estate disclosed its financial statements for the period ended 30.09.2016. The statements show that the net profit amounted to QR 1,498 Million compared to a net profit of QR 3,574 Million for the same period of the previous year.
Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 3.85 for the period ended 30.09.2016 compared to an EPS of QR 9.18 for the same period of the previous year.
The company’s financial statements showed a net profit of QR 297 million during the 3rd quarter of 2016 compared to QR 126 million during the same period of 2015, representing an increase of 136%.
The profit for the 9 months ended 30.9.2016, is higher than the same period of the previous year by QR 626 million, representing an increase of 72% after excluding the exceptional profits made in 2015 from the sale of a plot of land in Mesaimeer area that amounted to QR 2,702 million.
