Barwa Real Estate company has announced the signing of a financing agreement with Barwa Bank in the amount of QAR 1,925 million. The purpose of the agreement is to refinance one of Barwa Real Estate's current facilities which will positively reflect on the Company's cashflow. The new financing period will extend to seven years.
Noting that there is no conflict of interest between the contracting parties to this agreement.
