Following the previous announcement on 22/01/2015 regarding the appointment of “Erga Qatar” to start the design of the biggest residential project in Fox Hills, Barwa Real Estate Company would like to state that it owns 100% of the Dara Residential Project – Stage two, through its wholly owned subsidiary Barwa Lusail Limited (S.P.C).
Additionally, Barwa asserts that there is no conflict of interest between Barwa Real Estate (or Barwa Lusail Limited) and Erga Qatar.
