The project, an alternative to Barwa Al Baraha Truck parking, includes constructing warehouses and workshops on an area of 620,000sqm.
The project will play an essential role in providing suitable storage spaces for small and medium companies as well as workshops to meet the needs of craftsmen in The Industrial Area. On a built-up area of 191,340sqm, the project will include 573 stores and 135 modern workshops. It is expected to complete the project in the beginning of 2018.
