Barwa Real Estate has announced the award of the construction of “Dara A” project to Qatar Development Company for Trading & Contracting (QDTC) for a total value of QAR 115,900,000 and a duration of 18 months.
The Dara A project is located in the Northern part of Fox Hills in Lusail City. It reflects the modernity in design, and is scheduled to finish in the first quarter of 2018.
The project will be executed on a total land area of 16,425 square meters, and includes the development of 4 residential buildings, each comprised of 5 floors of residential units and underground parkings with a total project built up area of 51,037 square meters.
Dara A project will include 271 residential units, 94 of which are one bedroom with areas ranging between 80-87 square meters, 139 two bedroom units with areas ranging between 107 -136 square meters and 38 three bedroom units with areas between 125-172 square meters, in addition to 365 underground parkings.
Dara A project is the third project launched by Barwa Real Estate during the year 2016 following Mustawdaat project in Um Shahrain and Madinat Al Mawater in Rawdat Rashed, as per the scope of plan set out by its management.
It is worth mentioning that there is no Conflict of Interest between Barwa and QDTC.
